| I. Background | |||
| 免疫调节蛋白的 B7 家族是结构相关的细胞表面蛋白，在抗原呈递细胞/肿瘤细胞内和 肿瘤/免疫细胞之间的信号传导中起着核心作用。B7 家族成员（包括 CTLA-4、PD-1 和 PD-L1）之间的相互作用介导的免疫检查点机制可以产生致瘤和共调节功能。B7-H3 蛋白 表达与许多实体瘤（包括宫颈癌、卵巢癌和乳腺癌等）的不良预后具有相关性。B7-H3 （CD276）有两种异构体（2Ig 和 4Ig），没有确定的同源受体，B7-H3 在多种恶性肿瘤中 均有表达，与恶性肿瘤的生长、转移、复发、预后不良等因素密切相关。B7-H3 可下调Ｔ 辅助 1 型介导的免疫反应抑制 CD4+T 细胞活化，并抑制细胞因子的产生，发挥促进癌细胞 免疫逃逸的作用。 | |||
